  • Do I need to own a weapon to join your class?
    Not at all. If you're a first time shooter or simply don't own a weapon don't let that stop you from getting the training you need.   • What if I've never shot a weapon before?
    That's perfectly ok! This is why we are here. We ensure that all our students, no matter if they are new or experienced, are well trained. As apart of our classes we start with the basics to ensure that all students are aware of how their weapons work, how to use them safely and how to manage malfunctions.   • Are there age requirements?
    Yes. All Students must be over 15 years old. Students who are under 18 require that their parent or legal guardian be present during the entire course. All students are required to review and sign a release form to participate in all classes.
  • When is payment required for classes?
    If Pay is not receieved online at the time purchase or registration then payment is expected at the morning check-in for your class. If you have a question about a voucher or a gift card, please give us a call at 662-292-6398. Tags: Groupon | Voucher | Payment | Cash
  • My class registration didn't go through?
    We're sorry to hear that! Please send us an message with the date and the number of students that you would like to register and will take care of your registration for you.
  • I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
    In order to reset your password please: 1) Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password" link. 2) Next enter in your registered email address and click "Go". The system will email a link to reset your password. If you forgot your registered email address, please use or "contact us" form and please provide the following information: - Full Name - Current Email address - Phone number - Please request that your account be updated.     We offer full refunds in the method you paid up to 24 hours before your class. If you are sick, have an emergency or are unable to attend please give us a call 662-292-6398 as soon as possible and we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund up to 24 hours before your class. Our 24 hour cancellation policy: This policy ensures that we are able to size our classes with the right number of instructors to provide one-on-one instruction to all of our students. This policy also ensures that we free up spots for other students who are on our wait lists.
